How do I use the virtual 800/888 PIN?
Our 800/888 phone cards work from any phone in the USA. Just write down your PIN and 800/888 number and keep it in a safe place. Then use it from home or any touch-tone telephone.
Can I re-charge/re-plenish my PIN number?
No. Currently, you will need to purchase a new VDT Phone Card.
Are VDT phone cards a "Voice over IP" service?
No. Our calls are placed on an international fiber-optic network which allows for the same quality as the major carriers. Because of our position as an international carrier, we can offer rates that can compete with most Voice over IP services, yet we avoid the often low quality of Voice over IP.
Can I use VDT phone cards from a payphone?
Yes. However, recent FCC regulations have changed the way payphone operators receive their compensation. In certain instances, a 55¢ fee may be assessed and will be automatically deducted from your account if you use a VDT phone card from a payphone.
When will the VDT Phone Card expire?
90 days from the date of purchase and 30 days for $25.00 or less cards purchased through our E-Commerce services.
If my VDT Phone Card expires can it be reactivated?
No. Once your card has expired, it cannot be reactivated.
Do the advertised rates apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
Yes, our rates are good 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and assume the entire card is used on a single call.
Is there a connection fee per call for the Phone Card service?
Some cards have a per call connect fee, if there is a fee, it will be stated on the order page.
What if I lost time on my VDT Phone Card can I report it and will I be reimbursed?
Yes, if the problem is reported within 5 days and sent in writing via email or snail mail. Your account will be corrected if our call detail records indicate a problem. All call attempts and all calls are logged and will be researched to verify your complaint.
Is it safe to purchase your services over the Internet?
Our technology makes it possible for sensitive data to be safely transmitted over the Internet. The information is encrypted using proprietary and secure sockets layer (SSL) technology.
What if I have a credit card, but I do not feel comfortable purchasing over the web?

VDT Post paid is a new long distance service that provides low rates to call International and domestic with out a pre-payment or Minimum usage. Your monthly usage will be billed every end of the moth to your preauthorized credit card or bank account.
How do I get my bill?
You can login to your account by visiting VDT Web site and see your call details every first week of the month.
How does VDT Post Paid Service work?
The VDT Post Paid Service uses Automatic Number Identification ( ANI) technology. This service provides our customers the simplicity of direct dialing at significantly lower rates. This means that you will no longer have the hassles of switching long distance carriers or dialing long PIN numbers. With VDT Post Paid- simply dial a toll-free number followed by your destination number from you assigned phone number.
How is the VDT Post Paid different from the calling card I am using now?
VDT Post Paid is much more than a normal calling card. It gives you the savings of a calling card along with the convenience of one touch, hassle-free dialing. All you need to do is dial the toll free number and then the destination number from one of your chosen phone lines.
Do I have to switch my current long distance carrier?
No, you do not. If you like you can keep your long distance carrier, there is no impact on your long distance bill, since you access the VDT Post Paid service using a toll free number.
How long it takes to activate my VDT Post Paid account?
It takes one working day / 24 hrs to activate your assigned phone number
Do I get a PIN number also with this account?
Yes, Once your service is active, we can issue a PIN number also with same account. To
obtain your PIN you can contact our customer service by phone or E-mail.
